POP&Petrus will work towards completing your custom order as soon as possible. Manufacturing times vary depending on the specific piece/precious stone sourcing, etc. and location. Usually, we endeavour to finalise the order within a 4-6 weeks timeframe. Delays in manufacturing/ outsourcing of stones could occur. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

POP&Petrus offer complimentary and secure global delivery.

The prices are listed are exclusive of duty and import taxes. The duty/ import taxes are the purchaser's responsibility as per Customs regulations in the country where the goods are imported to.

The products are shipped to the exact delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. POP&Petrus do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes

All jewellery will be processed as custom order with 50% advance payment required and balance payable prior to shipping.

POP&Petrus reserves the right not to accept delivery to certain areas where access is problematic and/ or to apply special delivery charges.

If placing an order on Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

Please note that public holidays will affect your expected delivery date.
